Catechism/Confirmation Class
Our classes for Catechism prepare our youth for Holy Communion and Confirmation. Youth beginning at the age of 11 are eligible to enter our one-year Confirmation program.
Students learn Biblical history, study Luther’s Small Catechism and how they apply to our everyday lives. Sunday school, participation as an acolyte in worship services, and attending youth service projects are a requirement for the course.
Students will be confirmed upon completion of the Catechism classes toward the end of May.
If you are an adult and are interested in the instruction for Confirmation in the Lutheran faith, please contact our church office to set up a meeting time with the pastor.
