      There is a place for EVERYONE in the music ministry at the Village Church!  Members and non-members alike have a chance to share their talents with other like-minded people in a friendly atmosphere.  Below is a list of groups for you to choose from:

 

 ADULT CHOIR

Rehearsals - 7:00 p.m. Wednesdays

Our Adult Choir performs both contemporary and traditional Christian music.  We sing for Worship Services on Sundays about once per month. We also present seasonal musicals, such as Carols By Candlelight and other special presentations. They include acting, costumes, scenery , and wonderful music.

ADULT BELL CHOIR

Rehearsals - Contact church office for times

 

     The Adult Bell Choir is made up of people 15 years old to adults that can read music.  They play on handbells that were recently re-furbished.  This group performs for worship services and other community events.  It is directed by Karen Hoyt.

CHILDREN'S CHOIR

Rehearsals - 9:15 a.m. Sundays

     All children are invited to be a part of our Children's Choir. 

VILLAGE THEATER COMPANY

      We have expanded our theater ministry by including two Dinner Theaters. Our first production was, The Odd Couple, which was sold out for each performance!  

 

     The Children and Teen Summer Theater Camps have been going on for over seven years. They run Monday - Saturday ending with a performance.  The Children's Camp is for ages 7 - 14yrs. and the Teen Camp is ages 13 - 18.  We draw youth from all over St. Tammany parish.  The dates for 2023 will be announced soon
